En su habitual conferencia, Manuel Adorni, confirmó que el Gobierno presentará cambios en el código procesal penal. Así lo anunciarán oficialmente el próximo lunes Mariano Cúneo Libarona, ministro de Justicia, y Patricia Bullrich, titular de la cartera de Seguridad.
Según el vocero presidencial, esta modificación “será un hito en la lucha contra la corrupción y el crimen organizado”. Además, el ministro de Justicia confirmo en su cuenta de X (antes Twitter) que se firmó un pacto con Procuración General de la Nación de cara a la implementación del Código Procesal Penal Federal.
Según adelantó Adorni, con este cambio “los fiscales van a investigar más y mejor, los jueces van a decidir más rápido porque todos los casos se van a resolver en audiencias orales y públicas sin expedientes escritos que se acumulan en una carpeta en los diferentes juzgados”.
Además, aseguró que “se proyecta que el sistema acusatorio funcione en todo el país y que todos los argentinos tengan una justicia más eficaz”.
Por su parte, Cúneo Libarona utilizó su cuenta de X y afirmó que se firmó un “convenio con Procuración General de la Nación para garantizar la adquisición de equipamiento tecnológico, asegurar capacitaciones e impulsar reformas edilicias necesarias para el sistema acusatorio”, de cara a la implementación de Código Procesal Penal Federal.
